• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines, quality standards and timely client deliverables.

The IPDRG & Surgery Team Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing inpatient DRG coding, surgical coding operations, quality assurance, productivity, client deliverables, and team development. The role ensures accurate medical coding, compliance with coding guidelines, optimal reimbursement, and adherence to organizational quality standards while leading a team of coders and auditors.

Experience:

• 6-10+ years of medical coding experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading coding teams.
• Hands-on experience in IPDRG and Surgery coding projects.
• Experience in quality auditing and client-facing responsibilities preferred.
