Job summary

AGS Health in India is seeking a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in IPDRG/CCS/IP DRG/DGRG/CIC/COC certifications, capable of leading an Inpatient Coding team. The role requires deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCS Level II codes and strong communication to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor junior coders will be essential to drive accuracy and productivity in inpatient coding operations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IPDRG/CCS/IP DRG/DGRG/CIC/COC certification or equivalent as a Team Leader or Supervisor in Inpatient Coding.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes and their daily application.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to lead cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong leadership.
