Job summary

Spotshine Consulting Delhi is seeking a GIS Mapping Team Lead to guide mapping associates and pod leads toward achieving operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will optimize workflows, monitor SLAs and quality metrics, and mentor the team to deliver accurate, timely mapping outputs while collaborating with Process Excellence. This role demands strong communication, data-driven decision making, and a passion for continuous learning.

• Allocate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on priorities.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines.
• Track team performance using KPIs and provide actionable feedback to team members.
• Prepare and share regular reports on team progress, quality metrics, and operational challenges.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with the Process Excellence and Quality teams to implement best practices in mapping operations.
• Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and upskilling.
