Spotshine Consulting Delhi seeks a seasoned GIS Team Lead to direct a group of GIS professionals in delivering precise mapping solutions from Hyderabad. You will guide project planning, data modeling, and client collaboration, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

The role requires 3–9 years in GIS, deep ArcGIS/QGIS expertise, and strong leadership with excellent cross‑departmental communication. On-site work in Hyderabad with client‑facing responsibilities and technical mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3-9 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
• Strong proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar GIS software.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively across departments.
