Job summary

Tecnoprism is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to guide mapping associates and pod leads in Hyderabad. You will drive daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery while upholding quality standards.

You will monitor performance with KPIs, report to the Team Manager, collaborate with Process Excellence and Quality teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling. This role emphasizes mentorship, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision making.

• Allocate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on priorities.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and client guidelines.
• Track team performance using KPIs and provide actionable feedback to team members.
• Prepare and share regular reports on team progress, quality metrics, and operational challenges.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with the Process Excellence and Quality teams to implement best practices in mapping operations.
• Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and upskilling.
• Provide regular updates to Team Manager on team performance and process improvements.
