The Pod Lead for Mapping Operations will support the Team Lead by overseeing a small group tasked with creating and maintaining accurate map data. This role involves daily supervision, quality control, and task allocation within their pod. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a pod of mapping associates to ensure project goals are met.
• Distribute tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular check-ins with pod members to monitor progress, address issues, and align on objectives.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the map data produced by the pod.
• Assist the Team Lead in managing daily operations and workflow optimization within the pod.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing and implementing practical solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with the Team Lead regarding pod performance, challenges, and support needs.
