Job summary

Movate Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large mapping and GIS program. You will drive project delivery, coordinate with multiple functions, and manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of project management tools and processes. The position offers a rotating shift schedule and a budget of 19 LPA in total compensation, including variable pay.

Location- Hyderabad

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days

Shifts- Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week off

Budget- 19 LPA (including 15% Variable Pay)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Leadership skills to lead large team towards meeting project goals
• Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process
• Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance
• Coordinate with various functional managers for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance
• Escalation Management

• Deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management system
• Support Sr. Management with timely inputs on project progress and team performance
• Quality metrics review, maintenance, and management

• Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness
• Project planning and delivery management
• Manage Team managers, Team Leads and troubleshoot issues
