Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service is seeking a dedicated professional to manage end-to-end collections for secured and unsecured lending. You will handle customer queries, coordinate with bankers and partners, and drive delinquency control across buckets and DPDs.

Responsibilities

• Track and control delinquency by bucket and DPD, focusing on non-starters.
• Review account allocations and collections targets with agencies and in-house teams.
• Regularly follow up with default customers through a dedicated team.
• Ensure agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines.
• Represent the team in cluster meetings and conference calls.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate between departments to resolve issues.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Managing end to end collections for the secured / unsecured lending business along with managing relationship with all key stakeholders in the organization.

• You would be responsible to manage customer queries and complaints with an efficient redressal mechanism in place.
• You will work closely with bankers and other channel partners to facilitate business growth supporting sales teams.
• Will be responsible to track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters.
• Will be responsible to review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to agencies/ in-house team.
• Will be required to do regular follow up with the default customers through a dedicated team.
• Has to ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.
• Representing the team in meetings and conference call with cluster
• Preparing and maintaining MIS reports as well as optimum utilization of resources & system
• Coordinating between departments for any issues amongst the members
• Answering participants questions, as well as question participation to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum one year of team handling experience.
