Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred though not mandatory.
• 2–7 years of collections experience for unsecured personal/business loans or credit cards.
• Strong agency/vendor management experience.
• Proven track record leading in-house collection teams.
• Good knowledge of collection tools, skip tracing and recovery techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collections for unsecured personal loan portfolio across buckets.
• Handle and monitor collection agencies' performance, allocation and compliance.
• Lead and supervise in-house collection team to meet monthly recovery targets.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce NPAs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Monitor daily/monthly MIS reports and track performance metrics.
• Conduct regular review meetings with agencies and internal team.
• Manage escalations and high-value delinquent cases.
• Coordinate with legal team for recovery actions if required.
• Drive process improvements and cost optimization in collections.

The Collection Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end collections for unsecured personal loans, ensuring portfolio quality, minimizing delinquencies, and maximizing recoveries. The role involves handling both in-house collection teams and external agencies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections for unsecured personal loan portfolio across buckets (0180+ DPD)
• Handle and monitor collection agencies performance, allocation, and compliance
• Lead and supervise in-house collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets
• Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce NPAs and improve efficiency
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards
• Monitor daily/monthly MIS reports and track performance metrics

Key Requirements:
