Job summary

Bridgexcel in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Collections Leader to design and drive recovery strategies, oversee daily operations, and guide a team toward target-based outcomes. You will manage delinquencies, coordinate with legal and finance teams, and ensure compliance with RBI norms.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in collections within NBFC/fintech, strong leadership, and excellent negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and collection systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in collections/recovery.
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Fintech, or financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of collection management systems and MS Office.
