Job summary

FundVice Group in India is hiring a Team Leader (TL) to manage a team of 30–35 associates in a fast-paced BPO/BPS environment, driving operational performance and achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to supervise, coach, and review team performance.

Immediate joiners preferred; this on-site role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day operations and ensure quality and SLA adherence.
