Job summary

FundVice Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader in the BPO/BPS sector to manage a 30–35+ member team. The role focuses on driving performance, meeting SLAs, and guiding daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in BPO/BPS, strong leadership and communication skills, and an ability to monitor metrics effectively. Immediate joiners are preferred for seamless onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in the BPO/BPS industry.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar team-handling role.
• Must have managed a team of at least 30–35 employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Good understanding of operational metrics, productivity, and performance management.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
