Leap Scholar in Lucknow is looking for a Team Leader - ISP Counselling to drive performance and growth. You will work with leadership and counsellors to achieve targets in leads, applications and visas, while building a high-performing counselling team.

Your role requires deep knowledge of study abroad destinations, visa processes, and admission procedures. You will train counsellors, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure a smooth journey for students from enquiry to enrollment.

Formación

• Counselling experience in study abroad required.
• Knowledge of visa processes and admissions procedures.
• Experience with CRMs desirable.

• Meet allotted team targets for leads, applications and visas.
• Contribute to developing a strong and efficient counselling team.
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey.
• Conduct training sessions to build a world-class team of counsellors.
• Maintain high satisfaction ratings.

• Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues with immediate supervisors.

About the Role :

We are looking for a Team Leader - ISP Counselling You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth.

The charter for this role will include :

• Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
• Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
• Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors
• Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
• Report & Data Management
• Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
• Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

Ideal Persona would :

• The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of multi study abroad destinations
• 4-5 Years of experience in study abroad
• Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
• Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
• Experience in working with CRMs is desirable.
• Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
• Hunger to move from an individual counselling role to one where you lead a team and drive numbers.
