Job summary

Leap Scholar is seeking a proactive study-abroad counselor in Pune to engage with prospective students through online sessions, assess their profiles, and advise on suitable courses and universities. You will help prepare applications and maintain diligent follow-ups to drive enrollment conversions.

The role requires strong CRM skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM and lead management practices.
• Consistent performer with history of meeting targets.
• Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech preferred.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad.
• Guide students on courses to opt for based on profile and interests.
• Assist students in deciding on universities/colleges and programs to apply to.
• Assist in preparing and filing applications.
• Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions.

The charter for this role will include :

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in
