Job summary

Leap Scholar is a one-stop platform for students wishing to study abroad. The role involves online counseling sessions and guiding course and university choices based on profiles and interests.

You will assist in preparing and filing applications, maintain follow-ups, manage leads via CRM, and work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth student experience while meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM
• Consistent performer with targets in previous roles
• Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech preferred
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad
• Guide students on courses based on profile and interests
• Assist students in choosing universities/colleges and programs to apply to
• Assist in preparing and filing applications
• Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and ensure timely follow-up and closure
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions

The charter for this role will include :

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in

• Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interests
• Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to apply to
• Assist in preparing and filing their applications
• Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets
• Use CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions

Ideal Persona would be :

• Knowledge of CRM

• Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry is preferred
