We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team of telecallers/customer care executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to drive team performance while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of telecallers/customer care executives.
• Monitor daily team performance and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Call Center, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Healthcare industry.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
