Job summary

SKILLIT ACADEMY is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations of a learner cohort in Hyderabad. This on-site, full-time role coordinates instructors and mentors, tracks progress, and ensures a high-quality learning experience aligned with outcome-focused standards.

You will organize mock interviews, support placement activities, and report results to management, while driving process improvements in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and people management skills including mentoring and conflict resolution.
• Experience in academic or training program management, scheduling and monitoring learner progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for facilitation and feedback.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to prioritize tasks and improve processes.
• Familiarity with education platforms and domains like UI/UX, Full Stack or Automation (edtech a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education or edtech experience is desirable.
• On-site Hyderabad role with full-time schedule; learner-centric environment.

The Team Lead will track performance metrics, facilitate feedback sessions, and help align curriculum delivery with SKILLIT ACADEMY’s outcome‑focused standards. Responsibilities include organizing mock interviews and project reviews, supporting placement activities, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment. The role also requires close communication with management to report on outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
