Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in IT training, solutioning, and academic delivery leadership.
• Experience in curriculum design and solutioning for enterprise or academic clients.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD and Sales to understand customer requirements and design customized IT skilling solutions.
• Develop solution proposals, learning pathways, curriculum structures, and technology roadmaps.
• Recommend training interventions, certifications, projects, laboratories, and assessments.
• Participate in customer meetings, academic discussions, and technical consultations with leadership.
• Design scalable skilling frameworks covering emerging technology domains and employability-focused programs.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT trainers delivering classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Establish delivery standards and trainer readiness models across technology domains.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs to enhance instructional quality and technical competency.
• Monitor delivery quality, learner feedback, trainer effectiveness, and implement improvements.
• Act as the technical escalation point for delivery-related and academic issues.

Solutioning & Academic Consulting

• Monitor delivery quality, learner feedback, trainer effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Curriculum & Content Governance

• Review and validate technical content, laboratory exercises, projects, and assessments for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with current technology trends and evolving industry requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Product, and Content teams to continuously enhance learning assets and hands-on experiences.

Innovation & Capability Development

• Track emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into solution offerings and training programs.
• Drive adoption of innovative teaching methodologies, virtual labs, simulations, and project-based learning.
• Support internal capability building through technical mentoring and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, databases, operating systems, networking, and software engineering principles.
• Expertise in one or more technology domains such as:

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (Mandatory)
• Master's Degree (M.E./M.Tech./M.S.) in a relevant discipline (Preferred)

Experience Required: 18+ Years of experience.

(Experience in IT Training, Solutioning, Academic Consulting, Curriculum Design, or Technical Delivery Leadership is preferred.)
