Job summary

Infinx is seeking a Team Leader for our Medical Billing (Payment Posting) division in Hyderabad. The role requires 5+ years in RCM, preferably in payment posting, with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

You will manage a team of 20+ payment posters, handle client coordination on calls and emails, and ensure timely month-end closing and accurate postings. General shift, graduate candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee и daily operations of payment posting team and ensure accuracy.

• Ensure timely End of Month closing and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Good communication skills.
• Experience in client co-ordination and communication on conference calls and emails.
• Expert in Imagine system will be an advantage.
• Currently, managing a team of minimum 20 payment posters.
• Daily analysis on inventory received, allocation of batches to team, proactive approach or methods to communicate with customers etc
• Well versed with End of Month closing process.
