Job summary

AP Management Consultants is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to oversee a team of QA Analysts and production staff in US Healthcare RCM operations. You will drive daily productivity, ensure accuracy, and uphold SLAs across client engagements.

You will coach performance, review audits, allocate workload, coordinate with SMEs, and lead process-improvement initiatives to raise quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Payment Posting and QA processes.
