Job summary

Amazon India is seeking a Team Lead to oversee shift management, mentor associates, and ensure adherence to standard work practices for safety and quality. The role emphasizes data-driven oversight of productivity and process compliance in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. Prior customer-facing, warehousing, or logistics exposure is preferred, with opportunities to drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Daily management of shift from learning perspective and mentoring associates.

• Mentor associates to improve productivity, quality and safety.
• Monitor PS queues and raise Andon for issues as needed.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at work stations.

Summary

Amazon is a highly data driven company highly passionate about its customers. In this context it is vital to ensure the customers always get their orders on time and with quality. The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a process associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind.

Job Deliverables

• Daily Management of shift from Learning perspective:
• Direct IB and OB functions
• Understand SJIs and follow SOP.
• Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
• Monitor PS queues, and raise Andon in case of any issues
• Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
