Job summary

ASSPL is seeking an operations leader for our Gurgaon/Haryana site to drive productivity and quality. You will work with the Ops manager to identify improvement projects, lead process standardization, and monitor performance metrics while ensuring a safe working environment for all associates.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and strong MS Office/Excel skills, with a preference for warehousing or logistics exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Ops manager to identify improvement projects for the site.
• Drive continual improvement, process excellence and standardization.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead Lean initiatives.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA-like compliance within the site.

• Review the work forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.


• Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor ensuring that you are operating a balanced and efficient shift while meeting all of your goals.


• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates.


• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools

Key job responsibilities

• Work with Ops manager to identify improvement projects for the sites and drive projects for the site.


• Responsible for continual improvement, Process excellence and Standardization at site


• Direct management experience for employees and their performance


• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree


• Speak, write, and read fluently in English


• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications


• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
