The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling US customers, excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in international sales and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, achieving business targets, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent process performance. This role requires the candidate to work from the office in the US Night Shift.

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably with experience in US Sales.
• Hands‑on experience in handling US International Voice Process.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in team handling with formal Team Lead experience.
• Prior experience in US Voice Process and International Sales.
• Strong ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.
• Good understanding of sales, customer handling, and conversion techniques.
• Experience in product sales as a Team Lead will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
• Age: Below 35 years.
