Job summary

Jagmeet Singh Kohli is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for our International Voice Process team. The candidate will oversee US sales-driven support, coach a high-performing group, and ensure achievement of business targets while maintaining strict process quality.

US night shift work from the office is required. Ideal applicants have 5+ years in International Voice Process with US sales exposure, strong English communication, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably with experience in US Sales.
• Hands-on experience in handling US International Voice Process.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in team handling with formal Team Lead experience.
• Prior experience in US Voice Process and International Sales.
• Strong ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
• Age: Below 35 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve individual and team targets.
• Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and business targets.
• Monitor team performance and take appropriate actions to improve productivity.
• Coach, mentor, and groom team members to enhance their performance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Track key performance metrics and share regular performance updates with the Process Manager.
• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans.
• Motivate the team and maintain high levels of engagement and productivity.
• Support the team in achieving business demand and operational goals.
• Ensure effective customer handling and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Report to the Process Manager and work closely with the leadership team to achieve process objectives.

This role requires the candidate to work from the office in the US Night Shift.
