Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in Customer Service/BPO/Voice Process. (International process)
• Strong team handling and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in handling customer escalations.
• Good understanding of KPI, AHT, CSAT, SLA and Call Quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
