Job summary

KG Invicta Services is seeking an experienced Team Lead for the International Voice Process team in India. The role focuses on managing a team to drive sales, customer service, and performance targets with a strong emphasis on handling US customers and night shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in international voice processes, proven team leadership, excellent English communication, and willingness to work US night shifts. Location: Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Voice Process.
• Mandatory experience handling US customers.
• Prior experience in US Sales / International Sales.
• Proven experience in Team Handling with formal Team Lead experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, customer handling, and conversion techniques.
• Experience in Product Sales as a Team Lead will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
• Age: Below 35 years.
