The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT staffing, hands-on sourcing, and strong stakeholder management to meet client SLAs in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead IT Recruitment to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Domestic IT Staffing with hands-on experience in Permanent and Contract/C2H hiring.
Candidates must have worked in a Recruitment Consultancy/IT Staffing company. Previous Team Lead experience is preferred; however, experienced Senior IT Recruiters with mentoring or team coordination experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets and client SLAs.
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Permanent, Contract, and C2H positions.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Allocate requirements and monitor daily recruiter productivity.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates across various IT technologies.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical IT skills.
• Interact with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality and SLA adherence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics and generate reports.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in an IT Staffing/Recruitment Consultancy.
• Experience in Permanent Hiring and Contract/C2H Staffing.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, SAP, Salesforce, Testing, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Python.
• Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and referrals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Team handling or mentoring experience is preferred.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ATS/VMS tools is an added advantage.
