What we are looking for

Role Designation - Team Lead Recruitment

Experience Range - 5+ years

What is the work?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements from internal technical managers and project leads.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct CV screening, telephonic screening, and initial candidate evaluation.
• Schedule and conduct video interviews and face-to-face interviews.
• Perform headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for niche technical roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and candidate closing.
• Manage offer release, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of monthly hiring targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and improve hiring efficiency.
