Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking an experienced Team Leader for outbound sales in India. The role focuses on leading and mentoring a sales team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets through proactive outbound calls and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, strong team management skills, and experience in driving high-value deals while ensuring process compliance and high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading outbound sales teams.
• Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
• Strong background in managing outbound sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and managing an outbound sales team to achieve targets.
• Driving B2B sales through outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Monitoring team performance, productivity, and call quality.
• Coaching team members on sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Ensuring adherence to company processes, compliance, and quality standards.
• Preparing and sharing regular MIS, performance reports, and action plans.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve sales outcomes and customer experience.
• Handling escalations and supporting the team in closing high-value deals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Immediate joiners are preferred .
