Job summary

Suraasa is seeking a Freelance Trainer to assist in live, online training sessions at the Suraasa Training & Development Center. You will support the lead trainer, clarify instructions for teacher-learners, and facilitate discussions to ensure engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferably in IB board.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Suraasa Trainer during live, online training sessions conducted at the training center
• Support teacher-learners by clarifying instructions, addressing queries, and facilitating discussions
• Help manage classroom dynamics to promote active participation and learner engagement
• Provide hands-on technical support related to digital tools, LMS platforms, and session technologies
• Observe learner progress and share structured feedback and observations with the lead Trainer/Professor
• Ensure training delivery aligns with defined quality standards and program objectives
• Support session coordination, including attendance tracking, distribution of materials, and maintaining session flow
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools for hybrid and online learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage adult learners effectively
• Sound understanding of major Indian and international education boards, including: CBSE, ICSE / ISC, IB, Cambridge, NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling)

Key Responsibilities
