Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an experienced enterprise IT architect specializing in Microsoft 365, identity and access management. You will lead architecture discussions, govern security and tenant configurations, and mentor technical teams.

You will drive identity-focused projects, migrations, and modern workplace initiatives while coordinating with product teams and executives to align roadmaps and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments with governance and security.
• Leadership experience guiding technical teams and mentoring.
• Ability to present architecture to Architecture Review Board for client approvals.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory and Entra identity technologies.
• Familiarity with identity federation (ADFS), SSO, MFA and cloud identity solutions.
• Proven experience leading AD-related migrations and integrations.
• Experience with privileged access management and identity governance.
• Knowledge of application authentication methods.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure architectures including AD standards, policies, and procedures.
• Domain and application migrations experience.
• Design and deliver modern workplace programs (Zero Touch provisioning, Intune Autopilot, Windows 11 deployment).
• Experience designing technology roadmaps and target state enterprise architectures.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, MCSE.
• Vendor/partner management and cross-team alignment including Microsoft product teams.
• Experience driving product vision, roadmaps, and adoption strategies.
• Architecting AI-powered solutions including Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents.

Responsibilities
