Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced EUC Architect to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of Enterprise End User Computing and Digital Workplace solutions in Hyderabad. The role requires deep expertise in 1E DEX, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and VDI platforms, with a focus on security, governance, and AI-driven productivity.

The candidate will drive cloud adoption, endpoint modernization, and AI-enabled workplace initiatives while ensuring high user experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in End User Computing and Digital Workplace
• Strong expertise in 1E DEX, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, and VDI technologies
• Experience designing and modernizing enterprise EUC solutions with security and governance

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain EUC architecture roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead Digital Workplace transformation and endpoint modernization initiatives
• Architect and govern 1E DEX, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot and VDI deployments
• Drive automation and zero-touch provisioning through PowerShell and tooling
• Collaborate with Security, Service Desk, and Operations to improve MTTR and policy compliance
• Oversee integration of Copilot with Microsoft 365 applications and security controls
• Manage vendor relationships and lead architecture reviews and design workshops
• Provide technical leadership across EUC projects from design to implementation

• 1E Digital Employee Experience DEX Architect and manage enterprisewide 1E DEX solutions
• Design proactive monitoring remediation and selfhealing capabilities
• Develop DEXdriven automation for endpoint health compliance and user experience improvements
• Analyze DEX insights to identify trends recurring issues and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Operations teams to reduce MTTR through automation and remediation workflows
• SCCM MECM PMPC Intune Autopilot Design implement and support Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCMMECM architecture
• Lead Intune modernization initiatives
• Design and implement Windows Autopilot deployment strategies
• Develop zerotouch provisioning solutions for enterprise devices
• Integrate Autopilot with Intune Entra ID Conditional Access and security controls
• Drive modernization from traditional imaging methods to cloudbased provisioning and management
• Design and govern application deployment strategies using SCCM and Intune
• Manage Patch My PC PMPC infrastructure and thirdparty patching lifecycle

• Microsoft Copilot AI Enablement Lead the adoption and architecture of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 across the enterprise
• Assess Microsoft 365 readiness security posture and data governance requirements for Copilot deployment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AIdriven productivity and automation use cases
• Design governance frameworks access controls and best practices for Copilot implementation
• Support integration of Copilot with Teams Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Provide guidance on responsible AI adoption compliance and change management
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure VDI Architect and manage VDI platforms such as VMware Horizon Azure Virtual Desktop Windows 365
• Design VDI desktop pools golden images templates and profile management solutions
• Optimize VDI performance user experience scalability and capacity planning
• Lead migration and modernization projects involving VDI technologies
• Security Compliance Implement endpoint security best practices
• Collaborate with Security teams on device hardening and compliance initiatives
• Ensure patch compliance and vulnerability remediation across managed endpoints
• Support Conditional Access Zero Trust and identitydriven security controls
• Stakeholder Vendor Management Act as the primary technical advisor for EUC initiatives
• Present architecture roadmaps risks and recommendations to leadership
• Coordinate with Microsoft VMware 1E and other technology vendors
• Lead architecture reviews technical workshops and design discussions
• Project Team Leadership Lead endtoend EUC projects from design through implementation
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across EUC technologies
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives using operational metrics and analytics
