Job summary

Alstom Transportation in Bangalore is seeking a full-time Specialist - NeXthink Modern Workplace to lead the architecture, deployment, and administration of the Nexthink platform across global endpoints.

You will design dashboards and campaigns, analyze user and application performance, and drive proactive IT remediation in collaboration with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in end-user computing technologies with Nexthink expertise.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing complex IT environments and delivering solutions across geographies.
• Excellent communication in English (oral and written).
• Fluency in English and ability to work autonomously in an international environment.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and environments.

Youll play a key role in optimizing the digital workplace experience for our global teams. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, including ITSM, Security, SCCM/Intune, and Infrastructure teams, to identify areas of improvement, drive cross-functional remediation strategies, and ensure seamless digital operations.

Youll specifically take care of leading the architecture, deployment, and administration of the Nexthink platform, but also design and implement advanced dashboards, investigations, and remote actions to improve user experience and endpoint performance.
