Job summary

Cerebra IT Services seeks an experienced Nexthink Administrator for a contract-to-hire role in New Delhi/Gurgaon. You will improve Dex/user experience scores and perform problem hunting using Nexthink.

The role requires Nexthink NQL expertise and Nexthink ITSM/chatbot integrations, strong troubleshooting, ITIL familiarity, and experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM/MECM).

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Nexthink administration or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience improving Dex/user experience scores.
• Experience with Nexthink Value Realization for automation use cases.
• Strong understanding of Nexthink NQL language.
• Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM platforms and chatbots.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management best practices.
• Experience with Endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM/MECM).
