Job summary

The Nexthink Administrator role in Chennai, India, focuses on administering, configuring, and optimizing the Nexthink platform to improve digital employee experience and endpoint visibility. You will work with IT operations, service desk, and endpoint engineering to turn telemetry into actionable insights and proactive remediation.

You will build dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows, while coordinating with enterprise tools integration and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ to 9 years of experience in IT operations, endpoint management, or Nexthink administration.
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink modules such as Investigations, Dashboards, Campaigns, Remote Actions, Alerts, and Application Experience.
• Proficiency in Nexthink Query Language (NQL).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; Python or Bash is a plus.
• Good understanding of Windows and/or macOS endpoint environments and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor endpoint health and digital employee experience trends to identify issues and root causes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards for operational and stakeholder reporting.
• Design, test, and maintain Remote Actions and automated remediation workflows.
• Create and manage alerts, campaigns, and experience monitoring use cases.
• Integrate Nexthink with enterprise tools such as ITSM platforms, directory services, APIs, and automation tools.
• Coordinate with service desk, workplace, and endpoint engineering teams to improve monitoring outcomes.
• Support adoption of Nexthink insights across IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation, operating procedures, and platform governance standards.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors or internal teams as needed.

• Exposure to digital employee experience reporting and analytics.
