Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (India) is seeking an experienced ERP AMS Consultant to provide post-implementation support, maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement for enterprise ERP applications. You will be responsible for incident resolution, service request fulfillment, user support, system monitoring, and ensuring business continuity across ERP platforms.

The role requires hands-on ERP AMS experience across modules such as FICO, Procurement, Inventory, Sales & Distribution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ERP certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 ERP AMS support in production environments.
• Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP-related issues across functional and technical areas.
• Coordinate with business users, project teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions.
• Support ERP enhancements, releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor ERP system performance and propose improvements.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Ensure ITIL processes and governance compliance.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP AMS (Application Management Services) Consultant to provide post-implementation support, maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement for enterprise ERP applications. The candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, service request fulfillment, user support, system monitoring, and ensuring business continuity across ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for ERP applications in production environments.
• Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines.
• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP-related issues across functional and technical areas.
• Coordinate with business users, project teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions.
• Support ERP enhancements, releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements.
• Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational governance standards.

Required Skills

• Understanding of ERP integrations, workflows, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of ERP Application Support / AMS experience.
• Experience supporting global ERP users and business processes.
• Exposure to ERP implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects preferred.
