Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ERP AMS professional with extensive production support background. The role focuses on sustaining ERP environments, resolving complex incidents and problems, and managing changes and releases across Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, hands-on ERP troubleshooting capability, and experience with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.

Qualifications

• ERP AMS production support experience and knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Experience in troubleshooting both functional and technical issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis.
• Experience with testing, deployment, and system documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP AMS production support and maintenance.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases per ITIL guidelines.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical ERP issues across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with IT teams on deployments.
• Document system configurations and deployment steps.

48 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS).

Strong experience in ERP production support and maintenance.
