Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for ERP Projects AMS with 6 to 10 years of experience to support and maintain ERP applications across PAN India. The role focuses on L2/L3 production support, incident handling, change management, and delivering high-quality service.

The consultant will work with multiple ERP platforms (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and collaborate with business stakeholders, participate in patches, deployments, and ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS).
• Strong production support and maintenance experience for ERP systems.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Hands-on with ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis.
• Experience with testing, deployments, and system documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for ERP applications under the AMS model.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within defined SLAs.

• Perform application configuration, enhancements, and bug fixes as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements.

• Participate in patching, upgrades, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ongoing application support.
