We Are Specifically Looking For

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GHP, and food safety standards during all manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production parameters including OEE, downtime, yield, and material variances; identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Q&FS, and Planning teams for equipment readiness and with 3P unit & Warehouse for material coordination & smooth flow of operations.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to achieve cost and productivity goals.
• Drive implementation and sustenance of TPM and Lean manufacturing practices at the site.
• Conduct line audits, ensure safety compliance, and promote proactive reporting of unsafe conditions.
• Develop team capability through continuous coaching, feedback, and structured training programs
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of production data in ERP as per SOPs for traceability and audits.
• Participate in new product trials, validation batches, and process optimization activities.
• Lead and support problem-solving initiatives to address process deviations and quality issues.
• Foster collaboration, discipline, and high engagement levels among team members to build a performance-oriented culture.

Job Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. in Food Technology, Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in food processing industry.
• Experience in shift-based manufacturing operations and exposure to unionized setup preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and Food Safety Management Systems desirable.
