Job summary

iD Fresh Food is hiring a TPM Manager for PAN India Manufacturing Operations, based in Mumbai or Bangalore, with 50% travel to plants across India. You will manage third-party manufacturers, drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure 100% fill rate while coordinating with in-house and R&D teams.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience and a B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology. Travel is 50% with onsite work in manufacturing plants.

Qualifications

• B. Tech or M. Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
• Must have experience as Plant In-charge, Plant Manager or TPM Manager
• Preferably in packaged food industry handling both dairy and non-dairy products

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party manufacturers to meet production requirements
• Identify and evaluate suitable third-party manufacturing units
• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
• Perform commercial feasibility assessments for third-party manufacturers
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate production activities
• Ensure consistent product supply and build monitoring systems for a 100% fill rate
• Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize production costs
• Develop and execute an outsourcing strategy for optimal transportation and logistics
• Build and maintain a resilient supply chain model to prevent disruptions
• Develop and utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve third-party manufacturers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B. Tech or M. Tech in Food Technology or Dairy Technology
• Preferably in Packaged food industry handled both Dairy and Non-Dairy products.
• Must have experience working as a Plant In-charge, Plant Manager or TPM Manager

• Located at our Mumbai or Bangalore Manufacturing Plant with 50% travel across manufacturing locations
• Work Model: Onsite; 5 days/6 days a week
• Effective team management (Internal, External)
• In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes

• Willing to travel 50% of the time
