Job summary

Ayar Labs is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist (Contract) in Bengaluru, India. You will build a robust pipeline for deeply technical engineering roles, reaching out to engineers via LinkedIn and other channels daily.

You will collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to source qualified candidates, and you will utilize Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and community platforms to identify top talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in semiconductors, electronics and/or optical communications.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Able to learn and communicate complex technical information.
• 1+ years of experience direct sourcing engineers using LinkedIn.
• Prior experience in a tech startup.
• Prior experience in a recruiting firm.
• Experience with Paycor.

This Direct-Sourcer must be a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to reach out to a high volume of engineers on LinkedIn.
