Job summary

onsemi is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bengaluru to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and semiconductor roles within India. The candidate will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication to deliver top talent for critical projects.

The role requires hands-on sourcing, strong communication, and negotiation skills, with responsibility for data accuracy, reporting, and successful onboarding of new hires in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Experience in Engineering/Semiconductor talent acquisition for India Region.
• Hands on sourcing.
• Excellent sourcing skills
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Should be willing to source through different job boards, social media platforms

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment process ownership.
• Coordinate engineering and semiconductor requirements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders.
• Maintain internal candidate database.
• Sourcing, searching using job boards and social media.
• Screen candidates via interviews and verify references.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers till onboarding.
• Salary negotiations and closing candidates.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for End to End recruitment process
• Should have worked on Engineering, Semiconductor requirements
• Coordinating and Managing Stakeholders
• Maintaining internal data base of candidates as per their skill sets.
• Sourcing, Searching, identifying candidates using job boards, social media, etc.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references
• Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
• Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly report generation
