The role focuses on understanding job requirements, mapping talent, and maintaining steady pipelines to meet current and upcoming openings.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, validating interest and fit, and collaborating with recruiters to refine sourcing quality.

Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidates against assigned open roles using multiple channels such as Naukai, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Understand job requirements and search parameters shared by the recruitment team before initiating sourcing.
• Use Boolean search, database mining, talent mapping, and other sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
• Review and shortlist profiles based on the required experience, skills, industry, location, and other role-specific criteria.
• Conduct basic candidate validation, including interest, current location, experience, notice period, and compensation where required.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing data in internal trackers, databases, or ATS.
• Track daily CV supply and ensure timely submission of relevant profiles against assigned open positions.
• Explore alternate sourcing channels and strategies for niche or difficult-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate closely with recruiters to understand profile quality feedback and improve subsequent sourcing.

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday - Work from Office - 9 AM - 6 PM
