Job summary

ESP Engineered in Pune is looking for a Talent Sourcer to manage the talent pipeline and support senior sourcers. Responsibilities include sourcing data analysis, organizing requisitions, and collaborating in sourcing sessions. Ideal candidates should hold a degree (preferably in Engineering) and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Manage all sourced talent pipeline.
• Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.
• Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers.
• Pair with Sr. Sourcers to develop independent sourcing skills.

Job description

As a Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver required support to the Lead/Sr. Sourcers. The primary responsibilities include managing the Talent pipeline, Handing the messaging cadence efficiently, and making necessary reports to meet the SLA.

Working days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off)

Responsibilities

• Manage all Sourced Talent Pipeline.
• Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting.
• Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers.
• Pairing with the Sr. Sourcers in the paired Sourcing sessions to develop the ability to Source individually.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering)
• A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing and Candidate Engagement.
• Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role. (ATS, CRM, Trello, G-Sheet etc.)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to be organized across multiple requisitions while responding to a high volume of candidates
