Job summary

Lenovo in Bengaluru (Hybrid) is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support the SSG Talent Acquisition team. You will identify and engage top talent through social media recruiting, advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and market research across technical and business functions.

You will build strong pipelines, source via LinkedIn and professional networks, conduct Boolean and X-Ray searches, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates quickly to interview stages.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in social media recruiting and direct sourcing.
• Expertise in Boolean and X-Ray searches.
• Good understanding of technology roles and skill sets.
• Ability to discuss technical requirements with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Take ownership and deliver results with resilience.

Location: Mahadevpura, Bangalore, India (Hybrid), 3 Days WFO
Contract Duration: 12 Months Extendable
