Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Talent Sourcer to support the SSG Talent Acquisition team. You will identify and engage top talent through social media recruiting, advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and market research across technical and business functions.

You will build strong pipelines, source via LinkedIn and other networks, and conduct advanced Boolean/X-Ray searches to identify hard-to-find talent. Collaborate with recruiters and interview panels to drive hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in social media recruiting and direct sourcing.
• Expertise in Boolean, X-Ray, and internet search techniques.
• Good understanding of technology roles and stakeholder discussions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

What Success Looks Like

• Deliver at least 8 qualified profiles per day.
• Generate talent pipelines that contribute to 3+ hires per month.
• Continuously identify new sourcing channels and diverse talent pools
