A&O IT Group is seeking a dynamic Talent Partner to join its People team in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and locations, partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring plans, build pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences for global markets.

With 3–5 years of recruitment experience and strong sourcing capabilities, you will provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and support employer branding while coordinating with global hiring managers

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience supporting international hiring across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English language communication skills.
• Experience working with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organised, proactive, and results driven.
