Job summary

You will source, engage, and assess top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals, delivering an outstanding candidate experience. The role supports international hiring and UK office hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience supporting international hiring across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English language communication skills.
• Experience working with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organised, proactive, and results driven.
