Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to support the Talent function with administrative coordination across EMEA and multiple locations. This hybrid role will handle training scheduling, communications, and materials management, serving as a hub for HR, Talent and business teams.

You will contribute to scheduling, auditing materials, publishing calendars, and responding to training queries while embracing growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR, recruitment or training functions.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of Talent training activities, including scheduling and registrations.
• Audit and maintain training materials for accuracy and accessibility.
• Publish training schedules across EMEA and update stakeholders regularly.
• Serve as a central point of contact for training queries with HR, Talent and business teams.
• Demonstrate AmbITious mindset and opportunities for growth within Insight.

About the role

As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will support activity across the Talent function, ensuring smooth operation of processes through timely and accurate administrative coordination. We will count on you to provide learning and development administration and coordination support across EMEA. Along the way, you will get to:

• Support coordination of training activities including scheduling, communication, registrations, materials, and room setup.
• Manage and audit training materials ensuring they are accurate, aligned to methodologies, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Maintain and publish training schedules across EMEA and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across HR, Talent, and business teams and act as a central point of contact for training queries
