Job summary

Insight is seeking IT technicians to join our enterprise operations center in a hybrid India-based role. You will participate in ITIL processes Incident, Request, and Change, resolving 80% of incidents without escalation and handling client communications in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher, focusing on IT, System Administration, or other related studies.
• Relevant 3-5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in an enterprise operations center (NOC) or equivalent environment, providing remote troubleshooting, administration, support, and implementation of server technologies.
• Associate level knowledge of common enterprise systems and associated administration. Experience with Windows Server, Linux, VMWare Suite (VCF), Proxmox, Red Hat OpenShift, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Exchange and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Technicians will have seat adherence requirements and will be expected to maintain immediate availability to answer inbound calls from clients reporting or following up on tasks and tickets.
• Technicians will be expected to successfully prosecute work, in order of priority, while adhering to committed service level agreements.
• Relevant familiarity with NOC systems and tools such as ScienceLogic, ServiceNow.
• Windows Server, Linux, VMWare Suite (VCF), Proxmox, Red Hat OpenShift, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Exchange and Active Directory.

Job Summary
